Who Should Take This Course?

Voluntary:
Earn up to five safe driving points every 2 years (DMV record benefit).

Court-Ordered:
If assigned by a court, you will not automatically receive points unless the court document explicitly states so. Helps with traffic ticket compliance.

DMV-Directed:
If required by the DMV, point credit will depend on your driving record. Please verify with the Virginia DMV.

Under Age 21:
You must take this course after each violation until you reach age 21.

Insurance Discounts:
Some insurance providers offer discounts upon completion. Please check with your provider.
